Terms of Service

Ryha Technologies provides an autonomous virtual IT environment. Services are delivered via AI agents operating on a consumption-based model. Access is granted subject to these terms and the technical capacity of the Ryha Swarm.

All services are billed in USD. Usage is calculated in real-time based on compute cycles, storage, and agent task complexity. Fund deposits to your "Vault" are non-refundable but do not expire.

The $10.00/month service fee (waived for the first two months) is mandatory for active project monitoring and system upgrades.

Users are prohibited from utilizing Ryha's agents for the development of malicious software, unauthorized intrusion systems, or any activities that violate international law. Violation results in immediate account termination and data lockdown.

While Ryha aims for 99.99% uptime, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from autonomous decision-making or infrastructure node failures provided by third-party cloud hosts.
